Regulatory Disclaimer

This Regulatory Disclaimer applies to the whole of this website (the “Website”), operated by Fintech Meta UAB, a company incorporated in Lithuania (“Fintech Meta”). Please read it carefully.

Fintech Meta UAB is not a bank

Fintech Meta UAB is developing B2B payment and digital-asset infrastructure. It is not a bank and does not hold itself out as a bank or as a deposit-taking institution.

The Website describes a proposed business

The Website describes a proposed business and planned capabilities. Product descriptions, features, commercial frameworks, roadmaps and similar content are indicative, are subject to change, and do not represent services that are currently available.

Regulated services are not yet available

Fintech Meta is currently pre-authorisation. Regulated payment, e-money and crypto-asset services are not available and will only become available after the required authorisations, regulatory notifications and partner approvals have been obtained. Availability may be phased and limited.

No offer of services

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, solicitation or invitation to provide or use payment services, e-money services or crypto-asset services, nor an offer of any financial product or instrument.

No advice

No content on the Website constitutes legal, regulatory, investment, tax, accounting or financial advice. You should obtain your own professional advice before making any decision.

Product scope may change

The scope, features and availability of any future products may change following regulatory review, partner arrangements, risk assessment and final contractual scope. Descriptions on the Website do not create any commitment.

Gambling licences remain the operator’s responsibility

Where the Website refers to serving licensed gambling or betting operators, any future support would be provided only to operators that can evidence the relevant licences and permissions. A payment provider’s authorisation does not replace a gambling licence, and holding and maintaining gambling licences remains the sole responsibility of the operator.

Crypto-asset availability is restricted and jurisdiction dependent

Any future crypto-asset related capabilities are expected to be limited to a narrow set of supported assets and to be restricted and jurisdiction dependent. Availability cannot be assumed and will depend on authorisation and applicable law.

No fabricated regulatory or company claims

The Website does not claim any licence, authorisation, registration number, partner relationship or safeguarding arrangement that is not confirmed. Registered company details are available on request.
